NB Construction company,established by Mr.Nuri Ozen (Civil Engineer M.Sc) in 1970 with the name of Emintas Universal Contracting Company in Istanbul.

Our company focused on superstructures in Istanbul,Izmit and various cities of Turkey.Between 1983-1990 NB Co undertook a lot of projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.After all these projects succesfully completed,the company steer fort he housing projects in Turkey.

Between 1990-2008 NB Co continued the housing projects in various cities of Turkey.The year of 2008 starts with the Libya / Benghazi projects and Mugla/Bodrum projects,such as hospital,multifunctional sports center and housing units.

NB Company,is now developing its expertise in the fields of luxurious dwellings.
